Place Order before 2:00pm Central Time to ensure same day shipping.

Most orders are processed and shipped during the same business day, if not the following day, except for Saturdays and Sundays.

UPS Services DO NOT DELIVER on Saturdays or Sundays. We do not recommend using UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground after Wednesdays, the package would not be delivered until the following week.

If you are canceling your order, please immediately contact our customer service center.

For International Orders there may be additional fees such as import tax, that may apply. We are not responsible for these fees.

In order to fulfill orders on time, the same or an equivalent product will be sent if items are currently out of stock.

All orders are picked up by Shipping Services towards the end of our business day, between 3:00pm to 4:00pm.

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered order information.

If the address you provide has any mistakes that then cause the order to be undeliverable, we will send your order again. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Domestic Shipments Policy (within U.S.)



Free Shipping Option (USPS): this option is only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. This option uses the United States Postal Service or USPS with their First Class postage service. This method generally takes around 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are located to us in Chicago. Most orders are processed and shipped during the same business day, if not the following day, except for Saturdays and Sundays.

If you are not able to receive USPS postal services, please do NOT choose the Free Shipping option.

Depending on an order size, we may choose to send your package via UPS Standard Ground when choosing the Free Shipping Option.

United Parcel Service (UPS): this option is available for all orders except orders with PO Box Shipping Addresses. These options use the United Postal Service or UPS. The cost is calculated after inputting your shipping address. UPS Services DO NOT DELIVER on Saturdays or Sundays, if the package is scheduled to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday it will be pushed to the following Monday. We do not recommend using UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Ground after Wednesday, the package would not be delivered until the following week. Most orders are processed and shipped during the same business day, if not the following day, except for Saturdays and Sundays. We reserve the right to change the shipping method from, UPS Ground to UPS 2nd day Air to Next Day air to Priority Mail/USPS Express Mail, as needed to expedite delivery if we believe it to be necessary to guarantee delivery time. If USPS can not deliver packages to your shipping address, please leave a note when placing your order.

International Shipments Policy (Outside USA)




For International Orders we do all that is possible to avoid any additional fees. Unfortunately there are situations where these additional fees such as import tax, can may apply. We are not responsible for these fees. If the fees are not paid, we are not responsible for the package.

Exchanges & Returns Policy



We accept Exchanges or Returns in the original packaging in acceptable condition within the first 30 days after receiving the product. This is a protected right under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee Policy. The Package may be returned in the original mailing packaging or if no longer available please use minimal packaging to avoid additional shipping charges when resending. We are not responsible for any additional charges for sending packages to us. All exchanges and returns must be authorized before the process can proceed. Please open your package when it arrives to insure that you have received your full order. If there is a discrepancy with your order you MUST notify us within Seven (7) business days, we may require digital evidence to proceed. We also include a One-Year Warranty with all of our products. After the first 30 days, if you require an exchange or return please contact our customer service representatives for assistance. If a customer returns an unauthorized product, we are NOT responsible for any cost to the buyer for this action. If we are providing a prepaid label for the exchanges or return, we can only provide this via email. The label is then printed and attached to the returning package. Once we receive an exchange or return is when we are able to continue with the process. Refunding customer's accounts can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days to appear on statements. If an order has already been shipped but needs to be canceled, as the customer you can refuse the package or return it to your local appropriate Postal Service to be returned to us, the sender. We are not responsible for customers entering incorrect information when ordering products through our website, or if your email client routes our messages to a junk or Spam folder. If the address you provide has any mistakes that then cause the order to be undeliverable, we will send your order again. Additional shipping charges may apply.



Tracking Orders




After completing your order, it will be sent to our distribution center for processing. Orders are only processed during our business hours. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. Then once your order has been processed you will receive another email containing your order's tracking number. This will be a USPS or UPS tracking number.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping Estimates




If you choose the UPS ground(USA), Below is the transit time:




Within 30 days of your original order date, you may return any product in its original packaging and condition for a refund, a 15% restock fee will be applied. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the item immediately after you receive it. If there is any problem with the item, buyer MUST notify us within SEVEN (7) calendar days from receipt of the package. Our customer service representative will assess the situation and, if need be, issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs (including the shipping fee and insurance) We may request digital photographs if damage is stated as the reason for return. If and when you receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA), you must ship back your item(s) to PulseOximeter.org by your cost. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the package or we will refuse to accept the package. We will send a new once we have received the returned item(s) or a refund will be issued. For order cancellations or returns due to reasons other than item damage or incorrect item shipped, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, you will be charged 5% merchant/processing fee for the cancellation.

If there is a problem with your order and we have attempted to contact you with no response for 3 or more business days, your order will be refunded, but 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total. We are not responsible for customers entering an incorrect email address at time of purchase, or if your email client routes our messages to a junk or spam folder.
